City
There are so many ministries in the city that would love your support, time and prayer. You could head out into the streets of Winchester as a City Centre Chaplain/Street Pastor, join us on pastoral visits to care homes or those who can’t make it to church, or come along to Winchester Prison for a service, as an Alpha leader or as a Volunteer Chaplain. We’d love to connect you with ministries in our city who need your help.

Everything that happens at Christ Church is because we have amazing teams of passionate and gifted people loving and serving our community. Whether you love getting to know people, are a genius in the kitchen or a dab hand at DIY – we guarantee you there is a place for everyone. Joining a team is also a great place to make lifelong friendships. We’d love you to get involved.

Sunday
Our Sunday Services can only happen because of the amazing volunteers who give their time and talents. Join our welcome or worship team, production or prayer ministry team. If you want to stand at the front, come up and read scripture! If you’d rather linger at the back, why not join livestreaming? Whether it’s serving coffee or singing carols, sign up to a Sunday team to help us make Sundays the best they can be.
Children
Whether they’re toddlers or teens, our 0-18s are already the church of today. Come and serve in a group on a Sunday morning or before the evening service, help with a midweek group full to the brim with babes or energetic primary aged kids, or go out into the city to deliver assemblies to schools. Whatever age group you’d like to work with, we’d love to help you invest in, encourage and mentor the next generation of Christians.
